SHIPPING - Geneva Collection charges $8.00 for shipping and handling and most orders will be sent via UPS or USPS. Local orders, Pensacola, FL, will be delivered by a service. The order must be shipped to a single address within the U.S. Allow 7-10 days to receive your order.

RETURNS - Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your order is damaged. The customer should contact the shipping carrier. We will accept returns that are unused and in their original sealed condition. The return should occur within 10 days of your shipment receipt. Returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
